During implementation, training of staff members is necessary to ensure that they understand and can work efficiently in the new environment. During implementation new members of staff may be acquired and there may be need to lay off old member of staff. This must be done professionally and in the right way.

Post implementation analysis
A post implementation analysis is very necessary to compare the results achieved with the desired results. This is also the time to ensure that all stakeholders have settled into the new environment. Should there be need for further training or any more change, it is identified and plans for further training or change.
