While At Work
We come across problems of various kinds while we are at work.It may be a scolding from higher authorities or else our inability in carrying out a work efficiently or the coworker’s non-cooperative attitude and some times the subordinate workers may not carry out our orders.All these things keep us in an emotional reaction state ,by which even in family we are unable to lead a happy life and our night’s sleep is disturbed and life seems like an empty shell for us.We forget the marvellous beauty aspect of life.For all these things we shold be careful so as to lead a life of beauty,dignity and pride.
The internal thought processes-We should be very careful regarding our internal thought processes.We have all the powers to overcome any situation in life.It is only we who put our fingers on our eyes and tell that there is darkness in life.We should remember that life is full of beauty and lustre.We can tackle any situation and carry out the most difficult tasks in life.Work can not frieghten us.We should be work masters.Our duty is to work efficiently and magnificently looking to all aspects of the work.We should take care of the reactions arising in the mind and direct our mind to work not spending time in vein thinking and in baseless impressions.
The external situation-As is our sorrows and happiness so as the sorrows and happiness of others.The external situation should not bother a bit to us.We can not get a suitable situation all the time to work.Think of the soilders fighting in the border.They are doing their duty in most adverse circumstances and bringing pride to our country.We should learn the qualities from them.Either in home or in office we should work more efficiently with out murmuring about the external situation.We should adopt all situations in life and forget their adverse impact on us.Rather we should concentrate on our goals and try to achive them.Of course we should try to master all situations and try to bring out a good environment in work place by the co-operation of all members in the office.
The working environment-Most of the time the employees complain about a lack of working environment and spend their time and energy by only complaining without doing any fruitful works.We can not get a suitable environment either in home or in office.We have to create our own environment and work well.Rather complaining about the environment we should carry out the work first and try to sort out the problems by discussing with the higher authorities in liesure hours.Our duty is to work efficiently.If every day we become of complaining nature then we can not get stamina to work more efficiently and there by neither we can satisfy ourselves or satisfy the higher authorities.Therefore we should create our own environment and carry out the work in a best possible manner.We should be creative in all our dealings and activities.
Work management-We should learn the technique how to work in any situations more efficiently and effectively.We should classify the work according to their priorities and do them one by one applying our mind and intellect.We should take one thought at a time,stay at the moment and realease some of our frustrations and try to carry out the work.By that our task will be better and we will achive our goal.We should learn to manage each bit of our activity from morning till night.Work should be pleasure for us.Each bit of our activity presupposes some wants and becoming conscious of our activity we can manage our works through out the day and have a sound sleep at night.
The co-workers and the sub-ordinate workers-We should study the attitude of our co-workers and the sub-ordinate workers and see how best we can cope with them to carry out the tasks assigned to us.We should know their internal thought processes while at work and try to create a suitable and creative environment by our thoughts,words and deeds so that the tasks assigned to each will be carried out in a best possible manner.We should study our own behaviour and that of others in the office so that we can get a clue how best to motivate others to carry out the work with out any arguments.
The informations received in the e-mail-We should take care of the instructions received in the e-mail and try to sort out the problems as soon as possible so as to avoid any unpleasant situations with the higher authorities.E-mails are their to make us know whether we are on right track or not.We should go through them and rectify our daily activities from time to time.
The higher authority-Some times the higher authorities become annoyed with our work style and about the functioning of the branch.We should be calm and passionately listen to them and try to sort out the problems as soon as possible with out aggravating a situation.We should try to avoid arguments with them,if we are at fault.While at work we should not be reactionary and in liesure hours we should try to convince the higher authorities about the problems we are facing.
Keeping ourselves cool all the time-Our brains should be like Himalayas while we are at work.We should keep ourselves cool all the time,other wise the whole work process will end in jeopardy.By remaining cool all the time we can have a better understanding of all dealinga and situations and can work more efficiently and effectively with out fatigue and worries.
Ending the day’s work in a pleasnt mould-We should end our day in a pleasant mould,which will be carried out to our family and society and our off the job activities will be harmonious and give a tremendous mental boost for the next day’s battle.Being pleasant and always smiling we can keep ourselves and others happy.
