“SuperXero” was born in California in 1996. The name is probably unfamiliar to you however this was the group that cleverly put together elements of Rap and Rock music. This was the year when six young men got together to found this band, Brad Delson on lead guitar, Mike Shinoda on vocals, Rob Bourdon on drums, Dave Farrell on bass, and Mark Wakefield as the lead singer. The name “SuperXero” was soon changed to Xero driven by the low interest from its target audience. This negative crowd reaction prompted the lead singer to resign. In 1999, another musician, Chester Bennington, joined the group and the name was again changed, this time to Hybrid Theory.
